เข้าใจการทำงานของ UX กับทีมต่างๆ ผ่าน Elements of UX

แบ่งปันประสบการณ์วิธีสร้างการเติบโตของทีม UX ด้วยตัวของสมาชิกทีมเอง
ไม่ว่าจะสายงานใดก็แล้วแต่ พนักงานบริษัท หรือลงไปถึงสมาชิกทีม ก็คงอยากจะรู้ว่าตัวเองเติบโตในบริษัทได้ถึงขนาดไหน อย่างไรบ้าง อาจจะมีคำถามไปถึงว่า แล้วปัจจุบันนี้ฉันอยู่ตรงไหนแล้ว ฉันวิ่งมาถูกทางหรือยังนะ ผมคิดว่าอาจจะมีคำถามหรือความสงสัยที่ผุดออกมาด้วยว่า “ทำไมพี่คนนี้เป็น Senior ได้นะ เค้าไม่เห็นเก่งอะไรเลย” หรือ “พี่คนนี้เค้าเป็น Lead ได้ยังไงนะ ฉันจะเป็นแบบเค้ายังไงได้บ้างนะ” Summary: เนื้อหาในบทความนี้จะพูดถึงประสบการณ์ที่เริ่มสร้างวิธีการกำหนดแต่ละเลเวลของ UX ในทีม โดยที่มาที่ไปสืบเนื่องจากเริ่มเข้ามาตั้งทีม UX ภายในองค์กร จนถึงกำหนดทิศทางทีมหลายอย่าง เช่น วิธีการทำงาน หรือ Way of working, การติดต่อประสานงานกับทีมต่างๆ จนมาถึงวิธีการพัฒนาทีม หรือ People Development, การประเมินทักษะ และการเติบโตในสายงานของทีม หรือ Career path (ซึ่งในบริษัทจะใช้ชื่อ Title job ว่า “Experience Designer” แต่เพื่อความเข้าใจที่ง่ายต่อชื่อตำแหน่ง จะใช้ว่า “UX Designer” แทน) เป็นเหมือน Ground…

Always be an “Intern”
The Intern ผ่านมาหลายปีแล้ว เห็นคนทำบทความตอนหนังออกใหม่เยอะมากว่าได้เรียนรู้อะไรจากเรื่องนี้บ้าง โดยส่วนตัวดูหลายรอบแล้วเหมือนกัน แต่ทุกครั้งก็ได้อะไรใหม่ๆ กลับมาขบคิดเสมอ ขอลองเล่าในแบบฉบับตัวเองบ้างแล้วกัน พอดีวันนี้เอามาดูอีกรอบ 1. Always be intern ผมเชื่อว่าทุกคนล้วนเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดเวลา มันมีแหละชุดความรู้ที่ยังใช้ทำงานได้เป็นหลัก แต่สุดท้ายการเรียนรู้ในแต่ละสถานการณ์เป็นสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นตลอด หลายคนอาจจะบอกว่าเทคโนโลยี คงส่วนนึง คุณใช้เวลากับมันได้ แต่ผมเน้นว่าเรื่องคนมาก คนมีตัวแปรหลายอย่างในชีวิตที่เปลี่ยนแปลง เรียนรู้กับคนคือเรื่อง Challenge สำหรับผมนะ 2. Listen, not just hear ผมคิดว่าจะไม่ใช้คำว่า “บางครั้ง” แต่ “ทุกครั้ง” การรับฟังใครสักคน เป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญมาก มันไม่ใช่แค่ฟังแล้วปล่อยผ่านไป แต่คุณต้องให้เวลาตั้งแต่ก่อนฟัง รับฟัง และหลังฟัง เรื่องนี้คงไม่ต้องอธิบายอะไรมาก หลายคนน่าจะเข้าใจดี ลองจินตนาการถึงคนนึงที่เค้าพูด คือเค้ากำลังให้อะไรบางอย่างกับเรา แต่เรารับของโดยไม่มองหน้าเค้าเลย หรือไม่สนใจแกะกล่องมันด้วยซ้ำ มันไม่ดีเลยเนอะ 3.
